Sanjay is a BE (Mechanical) from NIT (Surat) – 1996 batch. Worked with Johnson & Johnson. He is a first generation entrepreneur who has lived by the dream for “Learning, Sharing & Growing together” With vast and in-depth experience in building and driving a people’s organization. At symmetrical Sanjay manages client relationships & drives Service delivery mechanism that ensures client contentment. Sanjay also actively participate in Global associations and international business expansion with his team .Over he also Manages service delivery which covers all types of recruitment – permanent, volume, professional, master vendor- MSP, RPO and unique-to-client service provision. Services delivered in both a matrix-management structure with associated shared service model, or with autonomous delivery and full contract ownership and customer relationship under his management structure. Contracts delivered using proprietary, independent or customer-led technology solutions and overall growth of symmetrical Across India , Africa , Middle East , Europe and North America.

Mr. Vinay Kalra
Consultant to the Board

Vinay Kalra is the man of vision behind the company that provides international perspective to the organization. He has unique insight into the RPO working process and a wide array of client issues involved with the process. Vinay is a knowledgeable person who provides the expertise to see the team through a problem beyond their capabilities. After completing his Engineering degree and a couple of Post Graduate Diplomas in Computer Applications and Business Management, he served an IT company for nearly 3 years. He founded SMC in 1999, with Sanjay Pareek and both shared portfolios involved in company operations. Vinay is responsible for Understanding Client requirements, Management Consulting and Client-Relationship Management.

Ms. Sandhya Bhatli
Operations and Optimization Head

Sandhya is an MBA from Symbiosis who joined SGS in 2005. She is a key decision maker and helped organization in achieving its objective by providing desired talent which in turn helps our client organization in achieving their objectives. She is mainly responsible for resource optimization and ensuring delivery through talent hunters to respective clients. Her repertoire includes managing key accounts , ensuring quality delivery and team management.

Ms. Meenakshi Chauhan
Manager Delivery and Client Account Management

Meenakshi has been working with Symmetrical for past 6+ years. She is responsible for the quality delivery and Client Management for Domestic & International mandates. She has a zeal for perfection with an eye for detail. She works with a variety of clients and has been delivering on the critical mandates and ensures all clients’ needs & requests are met within a timely and precise manner. She is actively involved in using latest tools, methods and techniques of new age recruitment methodology for all the mandates.
