As Recruitment Consultants/Sr Recruitment Consultants & Client Account Manager your responsibilities will be:

Job Functions:

• Responsible for end to end permanent recruitments, with or without team (Depending upon Experience)
• End to End Relationship Management with Domestic as well as International Clients & candidates, with or without team (Depending upon Experience)
• Identifying candidates via head hunting, mapping, job boards, social networking sites, referrals and through your own professional network
• Conducting in-person/ telephonic/skype interviews to identify best candidates to fit client needs
• Maximizing revenues with assigned client and team
• Finding new business opportunities or generating business development leads.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 1 to 7 years in Permanent recruitments in any vertical
• Permanent recruitment experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to produce right candidate to the client with in a stipulated time.
• Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships and appropriate rapport with all levels within client organizations, candidates, associates, and internal colleagues and team members.
• Able to prioritize tasks to meet individual and business goals.
