Drive all products revenue KPI through Zonal Sales Team
•Implement Sales Strategy to drive growth in the Zone
•Forecasting, mentoring and controlling DSO, PSP and action plan implementation
•Funnel review and with Zonal sales team
•Daily and weekly reporting from team
•Qualitative field visits along with Zonal Sales Team.
•Mentoring and grooming the sales team for future growth.

Required Skills
•Minimum 15 Years of experience in Industrial Sales.
•Min. 6 yrs team handling experience is must.
