Job Position : Zonal Distribution Lead - AP

Job Description :

Ensuring achievement of all the distribution KPIs by zonal S&D team for achievement of subscriber and Business targets, Collating inputs on factors and developments impacting achievement of business parameters.
•Responsible for coordinating, reviewing, providing strategic inputs, coordination and assisting in the process of Business target achievement.
•Responsible for coordinating with ZBMs, ASM,s and TSMs/ TSEs in order to maintain the quality parameters in the development of Business plans and targets and providing inputs on the macro and micro factors for the same Development of Subscriber & Revenue Planning in line with circle parameters.
•Development of Distribution Expansion Plans for subscriber acquisition and sales maximization.
•Ensuring the depth and width of distribution network to achieve the zonal business plans & targets.
•Responsible for driving programs for increasing trade loyalty at zonal level. The position is responsible for ensuring trade settlement at zonal .
•Ensure distribution process are adhered by zonal teams as required from time to time.

Responsibilities

•Ensuring coordination with ZBMs, ASM’s and TSMs/ TSEs in order to maintain the quality parameters in the development of Business plans and targets and providing inputs on the macro and micro factors for the same Development of Subscriber & Revenue Planning in line with circle parameters.
•Responsible for driving programs for increasing trade engagement/ loyalty and trade settlement at zonal level
•Collating inputs on factors and developments in the zone impacting achievement of business parameters
•Generate inputs for development and realignment of zonal Business Strategy, plans and targets on the micro and macro indicators in line with the circle. These inputs are to be used for Product, Marketing, CLM, CS, Network, S&D and other organization teams for refining and realigning their strategy in the zone for achievement of Business targets.
•Provide Inputs on Distribution Planning and Strategy. Increase in channel productivity.
•Suggest network requirement to the network teams to meet business objectives and ensure optimization of the network infrastructure to maximize sales, subscriber acquisition and meet strategic objectives.
•Ensure optimization of the distribution infrastructure and suggest strategy/parameters for distribution planning.
•Suggest and explore new channels for distribution expansion in the zone and optimize the existing distribution network.
•Sales & Distribution processes implementation
•Other initiatives as required from time to time

Qualification
•Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management

Experience
•8-10 Years in Prepaid Sales and Distribution of telecom / consumer products
