• Ability to write product documentation in a production environment.

• Changing fast-paced R&D group that requires a lot of flexibility.

• The role requires travel to any world-wide destination that is required.

• The ability to create training materials based on the product documentation and engineering input.

• The ability to be able to facilitate an online/classroom training session.

Desirable: 4 - 7 years exp

• 3 years of experience of face-to-face customer training.

• Experience with IMS, SIP, RCS, and MMTELTAS.

• 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office.

• 3 years of experience creating training materials.

• Experience in FrameMaker

• Experience with Webinar or another online presentation tool
