Job Description :
POSITION SUMMARY
Ensuring a successful execution of IT & CS projects (Transition /Transformation/Operations etc )
Ensuring vendor readiness with respect to all areas of technology and operations
Ensuring a high degree of self-service, both among customers.
Be a key member in the Customer Service management team and lead innovations & transformation to meet business objectives.
End to end planning of all CC-IT infrastructure
KEY RESULT AREAS/ KEY DELIVERABLES
Developing project plans for launch and managing it.
Ensuring IT/CS vendor compliance to specifications
Coordinating efforts with other units within the organization.
BRS/SRS sign offs, User-acceptance testing
Developing all self-help channels in cooperation with IT & Cross functional vendors environment.
Living by and being an ambassador for our companys vision and values.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure that CS&Es operational readiness thru the transformation /transition environment and that the organization actively contributes into other functional areas.
To ensure vendor readiness and application readiness
To Development of effective self-help solutions that drive efficiencies, customer satisfaction and ARPU
To develop a partnership with vendors in order to drive long-term service supremacy
Build a strong team of empowered, challenging and loyal UW employees
Build the UW culture among partners managers and employees.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Level of Education :- Degree in Education/Training, QA, Logistics, Marketing, or other business areas
Experience :- 10 + years relevant experience
