Job Position : Project Manager Payments & ERP & T24

Job Description :

Managing ERP, T24 & Payments systems in a production environment
•Ensure maximum system availability.
•Ensure daily system monitoring and take pro-active actions.
•Incident Management - Raise incidents and track till closure.
•Service tickets support – Monitoring and ensuring the service tickets closure as per agreed SLA. Look for improvements continuously.
•Ensure day-to-day operational aspects of system support are tracked and completed.
•Lead and co-ordinate between onshore and offshore team of support resources.
•Motivates team to work in the most effective manner.
•Effective communication and relationship with all stakeholders
•Innovate to provide cost effective technology which delivers business value.
•Identify revenue opportunities and make constructive suggestions for system improvement and simplify technology.
•Effective risk planning and mitigation for systems and projects.
•Handles hardware / software (including negotiation) requirements.
•Ensure backups for key / all resources.
•Estimation and Budgeting.
•Team engagement, building and training

Responsibility
•Technical decisions. Critical/High impact decisions in consultation with the onsite PM.
•Responsible to the manager.
•Responsible for all ERP, T24 & Payments applications support at off shore.
•Evaluates the performance of team members.
•Resource management (hardware / software / personnel) – selection of right technology environment.
•10 + years of relevant experience in IT with production & development support experience.
•Management Experience including Team Management
•Excellent expertise in ERP, T24 & Payments techniques, standards, tools and technologies
