Job Position : Sr Manager – Facilities & Support Services
Job Description :
Lead a team to drive execution of plans, policies and processes for facilities management
•Coordinate on having proper contracts.
•Take up project management approach for new projects through sourcing, contract coordination, execution, validation and bill processing
•Liaoning with statutory bodies for any permissions required for the project works.
•Drive the team to optimize / reduce operating costs through efficient processes on facilities management
•Identify problems and significantly improves, changes or adapts existing method and techniques.
•Facilitates vertical and horizontal connect with businesses, other shared services and service providers to manage offices, guest house, space requirements, cafeteria services, pantry services , ISO audits etc.
•Leads and optimize productivity of a team
•Ensures protection of company assets.
Responsibilities
•Effective Management of outsourced vendors to ensure contractual requirements are met and any non performance addressed
•Ensure that Health, Safety and Risks is effectively monitored and managed
Financial / commercial Management
•The position holder will be responsible for management of all aspects of financial management including; budget preparation, monitoring of spend and cost control.
•The post holder will be responsible for reviewing the commercials and for analysing the facilities management costs to drive efficiencies.
People Management
•The post holder will be responsible for providing leadership to the wider Pune team (aligned to the values)
•The role holder will be accountable for leading the Facilties Management function and for ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements.
•The position holder will assist in the development of FM strategy and be responsible for implementation in conjunction with the Regional/ India Head.
•Provide input into the facilities management strategy and Capital Projects contributing to business cases for major projects.
•Proactive involvement in the planning of initiatives and Capital Projects
•Prepare the budgets for Rest of western region.
•The position holder will be responsible for building effective relationships with key business stakeholders
•Communicate, influence and gain buy-in from stakeholders on Facilities management strategy and direction
•Partner and develop relationships with key business stakeholders to effectively understand their requirements and business direction
•Influence key business stakeholders in direction of facilities management and projects initiatives
•Ensure effective monitoring of stakeholder feedback
•The post holder will be accountable for managing the FM contract (for locations within geographic remit) ensure full compliance with company governance.
Skills
•Graduate with PG in management preferred
•Understanding of building management systems.
•Understanding of the process of facilities management

•Minimum 8 years in facilities management and related soft skills.
