Job Position : Sr. Lead Architect – COE – Azure

Job Description :

Demonstrate deep expertise internally & externally on Azure IaaS & PaaS technologies, applications and solutions constructed using the Microsoft Azure platform technologies: Compute, Storage, Networking, Data, Web and Mobile, Integration, Hybrid, Security and Management
•Validate Azure IaaS and PaaS solutions based on a range of Azure technologies and provide expert opinions and optimization recommendations
•Evaluate and conduct PoCs of new Azure technologies such as on Azure Pack, OMS, Containers, Service Fabric, and prepare evaluation reports and identify their potential for converting them into company service offerings
•Develop point of views, write best practice blogs, whitepapers, deliver seminars and present in technical forums on topics related to Microsoft Azure
•Develop knowledge articles, training materials and train and prepare internal teams for skill readiness on Azure technologies
•Conceptualize and develop intellectual property (IP) prototypes that could potentially differentiate company in Azure design, deployment, migration and management areas
•Evangelize Azure platform internally and with our top customers to make company their go-to thought leaders for understanding practical / operational challenges and solution ideas
•Keep abreast of advancements in the Azure platform technologies and continuously evaluate and acquire new capabilities on IoT and Machine Learning
•Candidate should have very good knowledge on PowerShell and good understanding of any programming languages
•Candidate should have demonstrated abilities in preparing and delivering technical presentations and talks to technically advanced audiences

Skills
•Deep expertise in various Windows Azure technologies: IaaS and PaaS
•Expertise in designing, deployment and migration of workloads to Azure services such as Compute, Storage, Networking, Data, Web and Mobile, Integration, Hybrid, Security and Management
•Hands-on expertise Azure Azure VMs, Azure Storage, VNets, Resource Manager, Azure
SQL, Azure Backup, Cloud Services, App Services, Azure Active Directory etc
•Expertise on PowerShell
•Expertise in using Microsoft Azure assessment methods & tools such as MAP, MAT etc
•Proficiency in Windows operating system
•Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, SQL Server and Networking in general
•Fair understanding of technologies like Containers, Micro services, Azure Stack
•Basic understanding of Linux operating system and storage technologies
•Ability conceptualize solutions and communicate them effectively to internal teams and customers
•Ability to quickly learn new technologies though self-learning and experimentation
•Ability to be concise, articulate, and assertive in all forms of communication
•Strong consulting and documentation and presentation skills in producing high quality deliverables
•Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
