Job Position : Solutions Architect/ Presales Engineer

Job Description :

Designing and deploying scalable, highly available, and fault tolerant systems on AWS
•Lift and shift of an existing on-premises application to AWS
•Ingress and egress of data to and from AWS
•Selecting the appropriate AWS service based on data, compute, database, or security requirements
•Identifying appropriate use of AWS architectural best practices
•Estimating AWS costs and identifying cost control mechanisms
•Responding to RFI/RFP which includes Company capabilities, experience, solution and pricing.
•This would involve working with the Sales team.
•Helping mine an account - Engaging on projects/strategic initiative that build a value proposition for the client
•Creating Case Studies - Building business cases
•Delivering technical Whitepapers
•Work with Sales Personnel to provide product, business and technical knowledge in support of pre-sales activities.
•Liaison with Product Managers and Development to understand details of product direction and design and communicate information back to sales team.
•Responsible for staying abreast of product roadmap as well as understanding the scenarios, features and functions within each of the products and how these are applied to address business and technical problems.
•Responsible for understanding business and technical problems including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, etc.
•Attending conferences and working with Subject Matter Experts, and research to stay on top of changes in business issues/ requirements/ regulations /Technology and understand where the market is going.
•Responsible for staying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors.
•Responsible for preparing for meetings and tailoring communications to address business needs of potential clients.
