Job Position : Sr.Customer Service Engineer–Enterprise Solution

Job Description :

Inbound calls/emails responding to all customers requests and incident reports
•Real time service monitoring and Ticket booking for ASD Managed Services
•Identify, manage and resolve all incidents
•Escalate to resolve incidents within SLA
•Coordinate and participate in troubleshooting efforts between departments and vendors
•Manage and Implement all Customer changes following Change Management Process
•Manage and monitor Planned Maintenance

Skills:
•CCNA certified, CCNP, CCNA voice, CCVP preferable.
•Working Knowledge of G1 and G2 Series Cisco Routers 18xx, 19xx, 28xx, 29xx, 38xx, 39xx, 72xx, 76xx, APO - Riverbed
•Work experience with VPN (IPSEC, DMVPN, MPLS, Radius, TACACS), VoIP/UC and QoS
•Good knowledge of layer 1/2 protocols (ATM, xDSL, Ethernet, leased lines, wireless)
•Understanding of security, firewall, proxy is a plus
•Very Strong customer focus
•Pay attention to details, rigorous
•Coordination skills and result focused, requires push and escalate
•Work effectively under pressure
•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
•Very good aptitude for problem solving and good analysis skills
•Ability to learn, autonomy, capacity of initiative

Qualification
•Bachelors Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications or Equivalent

Experience
•2 to 4 years telecommunications experience, preferably for a service provider
•Work shift 24X7, Support UK off business hours
• Languages: fluent English
•Excellent oral and written communication skills, team player, good listening
