Job Position : Relationship Manager

Job Description :

Interact to get new projects/new phases approved & negotiate brokerage rates and marketing activities.
•Interact with Legal, Finance, customer services & Marketing departments within the Cmpany to get things done for distributions or end clients.
•Understand market dynamics scan the market and recruit the best intermediates from wealth management firms, mutual funds agents, Insurance agents & other intermediates.
•Train the sales staff at the intermediates office on our products & funding alternatives. ( each intermediates has a large no of branches & sales people and this will be a continuous process ) .
•Understanding competitive activity in the market, report it internally and suggest tactics/ strategies to be adopted by the Company.
•Run sales contests with intermediates.
• 5to 7 experience in same domain.
