Job Position : Sr. Manager – Projects
Job Description :
Manage customer requirements from sales closure onwards.
•Ensure customer satisfaction prior to going live, during roll-out and post roll-out
•Track the performance of project managers against targets assigned to them
•Manage Projects Management team by keeping them trained and motivated to meet the targets.
•Guide project management team in direction to achieve their targets.
•Putting in place processes and systems for meeting the targets, training on the process, tracking team performance improving the process as needed to meet target.
•Maintaining constant contact with customers to keep them updated on roll-out and issues, ensuring we understand their problems and reassure them of constant support.
•Constantly tracking all customer issues logged into the tool and drive PMs/ CSS to resolve them before they get escalated to senior management.
•Constantly prioritizing projects and managing customer expectations to ensure that they are met as per defined timelines and quality standards.
•Providing MIS reports to management as and when needed in format required
•Be available for the team and for customers 24x7
•Making sure customers are met regularly by the team and self to assure the customer that we care.
•Managing active database of all existing customer project information and constantly getting this updated.
•Interfacing with Sales Teams and Relationship Management teams to ensure that customer feedback on new opportunities is immediately shared.
•Constantly working on improving efficiency.
•Maintaining the dignity and secrecy of company information in front of external parties (customers, partners, etc.)
•Continuously visit stores to make sure the system is used more over competition.
Skills
•B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/MBA from reputed tier 1 college only.
•Preferably has worked in payments space or IT consulting.
•Atleast 8-10 years of experience in operations with atleast 4– 5years of experience in managing project managers.
•Should be strongly process oriented with great relationship management skills.
•Should enjoy travelling.
