Job Position : Mgr.- Business Intelligence & Strategic Initiative

Job Description :

Identify and translate market opportunities into actionable recommendations to achieve individual, team and organization revenue profit target.
•Support the Retail Sales and Marketing departments in enhancing customer acquisition, maximizing value from existing customers, and retaining the top tier profitable customers.
•Provide effective MIS/ Reporting and diagnosis of business wise performance at all levels in Retail Banking.
•Establish intuitive reporting methodologies and perform market analysis as required to shape Retail Banking strategy and analyze performance to effectively drive sales and retention.
•Establish effective customer segmentation for product marketing based on specified criteria.
•Financial analysis of all Retail Banking products to evaluate profitability and product wise.
•Assist Marketing in shaping promotional campaigning through analysis of appropriate customer segmentation and behavior, and validate campaign offerings.
•Establish effective metrics/ KPIs for all businesses within Retail Banking and monitor performance.
•Act as the champion of the Retail Banking Performance Management system by disseminating system information/training to other staff in the branch as and when required

Skills
•Post Graduate in Management or a professionally qualified person with at least 7 to 10 years of banking experience covering Retail Banking or Corporate Banking. Experience in strategy or retail banking divisions would be an added advantage.
•Good oral and written communication skills.
•Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite in particular MS Excel and PowerPoint.
•Good interpersonal skills, tact, maturity and flexible approach.
