Job Position : Sr. Manager – Sales
Job Description :
Will be required to meet defined sales targets.
•Will need to create and maintain the established clients, vendors, agents and real estate broker’s database.
•Should assist in leading the residential team effectively to ensure its overall progress and development.
Skills
•Total experience of 13 - 15 years with at least 10years’ experience in the Real Estate industry.
•Should have experience in selling and marketing of residential and commercial projects with a strong broker network.
•Must be proficient in designing, formulating and executing relevant marketing strategies including brand promotion and market research to monitor competition and develop the residential market.
•Must have an analytical bend of mind.
•Should possess excellent communication and aggressive marketing skills coupled with proficiency in client interaction.
Qualifications
•MBA in Marketing would be an added advantage
