Job Description :

To increase sales by helping to develop new products and provide customized solutions

Major Activities:
• Acquiring market share in the Enterprise Business by promoting competitive (cost effective) best-fit solution permissible under regulation through understanding of customer needs and use of Bundling and Innovation.
• Positioning Company’s products to suite customer needs
• Engaging in CXO level meeting and ability to Comprehend customer pain points into business opportunities
• Meeting customers and make a pitch on Company’s Capabilities
• Help customer in RFP preparations
• Make customer aware of Company’s and simultaneously pitch services
• Understand customer business Organization and needs
• Educating customer on his vertical segment needs and best practices
• Helping customer to take right Decision
• Capture customer requirements
• Design appropriate Solutions with mix of prod portfolio.
• Define SLA , Prepare Solution diagram and Define Scope of opportunity

Defining service deliverables.
• Formalizing process of delivery of ordered services.
• Providing guidance to the Product / Technology team in terms of new product development.
• Defining customized SLOs / SLA/ SLGs.
• Pricing & tariff of customized solutions.
• Influencing the customer decision making process.
Essential Qualifications- BE / B.Tech MBA is desirable
Requisite Skills: Understanding of current Service Provider grade products and technology especially MPLS, Internet, SIP, Video Conferencing , Data Centre Services, Managed Hosting, Security Services and Cloud based services.

Desirable Understanding of evolving technology
• Potential to identify future products and services.
• Keeping track of latest market development in the Service provider market
• Knowledge of competitive products in the market
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworkassociated with Telecom
• Understanding of cost / ROI or ROCE
• Understanding of ISIT capabilities
• Understanding of Industry Best practices.
• Ability to articulate fluently
• Ability to use tools like PowerPoint, XLS, Visio.
• IP Based Networking(Routing and Switching)
• Transmission Networking(TDM, SDH, EoSDH etc.)
• Knowledge of Data Communication and Managed Network Services

Desirable
• Knowledge of Data and VAS Products
• Knowledge of VOIP e.g. SIP , H.323 etc.(Desirable)
