Job Position : Circle RF Planning / EMF Coordinator

Job Description :

Implement standard O&M processes under Managed Services and guidelines for operation and maintenance of the RF system and monitor adherence to the same across circle
•Coordinate with OEM vendors and circle teams hardware and software up gradation of RF systems and integration of new network elements with the existing network as identified by planning team
•Radio NW Planning (saturation /capacity / Coverage / Events )
•Administrative tasks (TERM / MS coordination, Environmental permits, Meeting local authorities, reporting …)
•EMF regulation / self compliance testing procedure knowledge
•Good understanding of Drive test tool and post analysis systems
•Good communication and liasoning skill set with Civil and TERM authorities
•Search Ring / Site Survey/ LOI/ Technical Review / Drawing (LS) approval/ Kick off site commissioning/
•SCFT / Drive Test Define & Analyze
•RF Propagation Tool (TCPU/Google earth)
•Analyze KPI report ( Saturation / Capacity / Coverage)
•Participation in several meetings (TERM, Sales, TRAI designated agency, etc.)
•Follow-up with subcontractors (Network Deployment)
•Coverage maps (+ integration in Google Earth)
•Update sales team (Optimization activities, CC’s etc)
•Follow-up and solve network issues linked to radio parameters
•To make suitable modifications in the RF network for efficient fault rectification and optimum performance as per customer feedback.
•Prepare and validate all operational MIS reports for the network, suggest and implement suitable ways for improving Transmission & RF network availability.

Education
•Degree in Electronics/ Telecommunications

Experience
•5-8 years relevant experience

Competencies
•Strong technical RF Operations management skills
•Experience of managing relationships with external and internal service providers
•Extensive knowledge of Transmission & RF systems
