Job Position : Senior QA Engineer

Job Description :

Responsibilities:

•Participate in all aspects of testing the web application. This includes functional review, test planning, bug report creation and validation, functional and regression testing

•Create, maintain and add to a growing and robust suite of automated test cases, using tools and processes

•Assist leads and management in defining and molding overall QA process



Requirements:

•Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools

•Experience of manual and Automation testing preferably in software product development environment

•Experience in testing web-applications.

•Experience in testing mobile/client server applications, web services a plus.

•Good analytical and problem solving skills to debug various issues

•Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively

•Agile/Scrum working practice is a plus



Technical Skills/Knowledge Required:

•Good experience in Selenium IDE, RC, GRID, Selenium Java Webdriver

•Usage of Object handling/Locators/IDs in Selenium Core.

•Usage of Selenium Webdrivers and related frameworks

•Selenium Grid & its architecture, parallel and remote test execution using external components.

•Handling window-based components for browser testing.

•Maven dependencies using Java.

•JDBC & ODBC connectivity with Java & Selenium concepts.

•JDOM for XML parsing and manipulations.

•Good knowledge of SQL

•Building end-to-end project with ANT/Maven

•Unattended runs & Handling unexpected popups with recovery scenarios.

•Memory handling & optimization techniques with Java coding



Education & Qualification Requirement : MCA, Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences
