Job Position : Global Client Partner - SI

Job Description :

Achievement of global business target on Annualized Contract Value (“ACV”) basis for nominated account
•Achievement of global Revenue target for nominated account
•Set Global Account strategy and direction
•Own the key executive relationships within the account
•Oversee the creation and delivery of accurate quarterly and annual forecasts and CFAPs
•Coordinate global sales coverage and drive regional sales execution
•Establish highly strategic, thoughtful and deliberate organization within the existing framework of our transactional and metrics oriented business model
•Oversee day to day operations in the nominated account by presenting to various stakeholders within the account, developing proposals and negotiating agreements by working with the internal Product and Commercial teams

Responsibilities
•Maximizing profitable revenue growth and servicing the nominated account to the highest quality standards
•Aggressively pursues new business and market opportunities to achieve FY revenue and MRC objectives.
•Maintain current revenue run-rate business within the established account portfolio
•Act as a listening post with the customer for identifying their future areas of business and strategic direction as well as for monitoring existing service levels and addressing concerns
•Pro-actively liaise with other company functions (e.g. product management / marketing / finance / operations) to represent the organization in front of the customer
•Proactively sharing partner feedback to support company product/service evolution and innovation
•Using Salesforce.csom as the tool to ensure accurate qualification and forecasting of the account pipeline via building sales and account specific development plans for the designated territory to meet the annual revenue and margin goals; prioritize pre-sales resources against revenue goals
•Managing team of Senior Sales professionals globally

Skills
•Strong experience of telecom solution sales with increasing levels of responsibility
•Documented track record of success and overachievement in Sales
•Ability to articulate the value of a complex enterprise sale in business terms, outlining the value proposition, ROI, and total cost of ownership
•Previous experience as a manager of a team or geographic area
•Experience in working in a matrix environment

•Familiarity with Value Selling Methodology or other established sales methodologies
•Willingness for international travel for 25% (approx.) of time
•Pro-active “can do” attitude
•Ability to achieve success through leveraging virtual teams
•Proven communications skills, both written and oral
