Job Position : Business Development Manager
Job Description :
Candidate will be responsible for growth of participating outlets in the customer club
•Create strategy and execute plans for outlet acquisition: marketing, customer engagement and digital/social
• Develop partnerships and avenues for growth
•Create lead generation channels to full fill on monthly targets
•Develop, execute and analyze marketing initiatives and measure ROI
•Work closely with tech & customer teams
• Travel for meetings and manage teams of BD executives
Experience
• Min 4 years experience in retail B2B sales and marketing
• Has good experience in sales to retail outlets in India
• Has exposure to lead generation through digital marketing and other channels
• Have excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Very good in follow through, data driven and strong organizational skills
Education
•B.E / B.Tech from leading institution
•Any Graduation with MBA from prestigious institution
