Job Position : Assistant Manager
Job Description :
Conduct and supervise training and development programs for employees
•Plan, organize, and direct a wide range of training activities.
•Keeping a record of trainings and various evaluations, hence excellent data organization skills
•Good communication skills, to interact with trainees, trainers and vendors
•Planning and program development is an important part of the job. In order to identify and assess training needs within the firm, there may be a need to confer with managers and supervisors or conduct surveys.
•Capable of periodically evaluating training effectiveness.
•Capable of taking quick decisions for smoothly conducting the trainings
•Capable of developing a learning and development environment by identifying the areas of interest of trainees and identifying the appropriate trainers to deliver effective trainings
•Considering the costs of planned programmes and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development programme is becoming increasingly important
•Working in a team to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization, such as line managers, accountants and senior managers at board level
•Developing and conducting effective induction programmed
•Devising individual learning plans
•Producing training materials for in-house courses
•Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
•Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met
•Amending and revising programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
•Helping line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups
Qualification
•B. Tech. + MBA
•Preferably from CS/IT or ECE background, and MBA specialization in HR.
Experience
•3.5 to 6 years of experience.
