Job Position : Manager ER – HR

Job Description :

HR related legal compliance.
•Disciplinary actions
•Grievance & query redressal.
•Conflict resolution
•Terms of employment
•Employee sensing
•Cultural sensing
•Employee counseling
•Liaison with all employee related agencies ( Labour office , PFO etc.) and local govt. authorities.
•Represent HR at visits for employee’s wedding, severe illness and other personal exigencies.
•Handling employee VOC, domestic investigations and HR related legal matters, manage committees( sexual harassment , domestic enquiry, investigations etc), Prior IR experience.
