Job Position : Customer Support Engineer

Job Description :

On- site services such as Installation & Maintenance of Company products to ensure maximum up-time and customer satisfaction.
•Meet service & spares budget for assigned geographical territory.
•Job requires travelling to manufacturing facilities of company;s customers.

Qualification
•Degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical or Electronics) from reputed institution with minimum 60% marks in final examination.

Experience
•Maximum 4 years of experience in on site service and customer support of capital goods relating to industrial packaging automation.

Skills
•Excellent communication skills both verbal & written in English and Regional language.
•Knowledge of geography
