Selling residential villas, apartments

Achieving monthly targets

Individually dealing with clients by presentation and meetings to purchase property and investing.

Maximized sales and Productivity through strategic planning and implementation

Understanding sales trends, analyzing business needs and forecasting.

Prepare proposals and offers for clients, and handle associated sales contracts.

Follow up with customers after the sale [customer service].

Preparing and delivering contracts to clients.

Organizing exhibitions and managing them
