Job Description :

10+ years of accomplished Project Manager, with demonstrated record of managing Projects for clients and having excellent People Management, Project Management, Technical Management & Client Management and Communication skills.

Responsibilities
•Manage full SDLC projects
•Clearly define Goals, Objectives, Deliverables, Strategies and Priorities, Level of effort, Resources and projected Project cost and create Plans to implement them Create, Update, Manage, Report key Metrics & Plans, Reports regularly
•Strong on Processes with ability to refine/tune as per the Client’s Processes
•Manage project deliverables, sort out all issues and ensure they satisfy the requirement and client expectation
•Serve as primary POC for Client, engage with the client understanding Client’s Culture, People, and Processes
•Own and proactively drive the delivery of Projects to not only meet but also exceed Client expectations
•Manage new or changed requirements as well as risks.
•Provide leadership to the team at every stage during of the project.
•Build a positive, collaborative working environment for the team
•Coach and mentor Team members on Technology, Client business, Processes and Expectations
•Define, Track and Manage Hiring, Training and other Internal initiatives as per the project needs
•Self-Learner to stay abreast of technological advancements within the domain
•Capture and creation of lessons learnt reports for all projects

Qualification
•Engineering Master/Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university

Experience
•Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification
•9+ years of total IT experience with 3+ years’ experience as Project Manager in medium to large organizations and willing to take on challenges
•Proficiency with at least one programming language such as C++, C# or Java, etc
•Good communication skills and the ability to interact at all levels of the organization including executive leadership.
•Strong ability to work independently and be a team player as well with outstanding skills in cooperation amongst key stake-holders
•Proven leadership skills
•Ability to respond to demanding target dates.
