Job Position : Head - Talent Transformation
Job Description :
Lead the Talent Transformation function to create a learning organization through progressive and effective training initiatives aimed at developing the competencies necessary for a competitive, adaptive and productive organization.
Responsibilities
Business Partnering
•Develop the overall training strategy to build organizational capability across all levels at the Corporate and Regions.
•Plan and develop the best training methodologies, tools and external partnerships to improve training delivery and ensure high relevance, currency, quality and cost effectiveness.
•Identify, evaluate and develop the Competency Framework for the organization.
•Identify, evaluate and initiate appropriate development opportunities (MDPs and LDPS) for Leadership and Senior Management in order to enhance organizational performance
Talent Transformation Management
•Define training man days and per employee cost. Review the training MIS to track implementation.
•Implement an effective employee on-boarding program that ensures smooth integration and orientation of the new hires
•Ensure that a range of learning and development opportunities are available to all employee levels across all locations
•Continuously improve evaluation systems. Develop metrics for measuring and improving learning efficacy.
•Ensure accurate and updated employee training records are maintained across all Regions and Corporate
•Conduct Training audits, evaluate records of all locations and provide management with updates
People Management
•Structure the department to support scaling up of business
•Develop the team’s ability to deliver training by alternative means such as Train the trainer, web-based and computer based systems, classroom, distance learning, individual learning platforms, coaching and mentoring.
•Build, coach, develop and motivate the team to meet and exceed performance expectations
