Job Position : Sr. Technical Project Manager (Scrum Master)

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience of working on complex technology projects

• Prior experience with agile methodologies

• Quantitative analytical abilities, Proven problem solving skills

• Strong organizational skills, Excellent technical skills



Responsibilities

You must be able to:

• Interact with Project Sponsors, Technical Program Managers and multiple Development Teams to define and deliver complex features.

• Lead the effective and efficient delivery of the large, complex projects.

• Assist the Product Owners with the development and prioritisation of Epics and Stories.

• Act as Scrum Master for one or more Feature Teams and facilitate planning meetings, stand ups and retrospectives.

• Manage and improve the team’s delivery velocity and quality of outputs.

• Track and manage risks, issues and dependencies and report project metrics and status.

• Promote cross-team communication and ensure project plans are aligned with those of the program and wider organisation.

• Work closely with the business and technology to gather testing requirements and acceptance criteria produce test plans and monitor the execution of test suites.

• Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders.Generate impact reports, reconciliations and analysis in support of migration initiatives.

• Coordinate UAT activities.

• Coordinate releases and migration events.

• Ensure adherence to audit and operational standards.

• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.

• Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels.

• Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.
