Job Position : Project Architect

Job Description :

To deliver accurate drawings as per Bentel quality standards for assigned projects

Design development
Pre concept and concept development with the Design Manager and South Africa team
•Schematic and Design Development of the project in coordination with the clients and the consultants
•Should be capable of handling building projects with fair degree of independence.
•Development of design and preparation of detailed working drawings based on the direction given by the Team leaders or Head design.
•Implement Innovative presentation skill.
•Good command on AutoCAD and implement Good drawing drafting practice.
•Coordinate with client, consultants & site team, tracking on information required for progress of the project.

Team Work
•Coordinate with other team members and coordinate the work status
•Share & seek information relevant to the progress of the assignment

Quality management
•Ensure reports / drawings sent are error free
•Develop processes to ensure error free output / follow existing quality processes

Qualification
•5 years degree / diploma in Architecture

Experience
•8-10 years of experience in Office/ Mall/ Hotel/ Hospitals/ Residential design

Knowledge
•Desirable to have additional qualification in construction management / Urban Design / urban Planning
•Proficiency in Auto CAD, MS office, Knowledge of 3D Studio Max, Photoshop
•Strong knowledge and understanding of construction practices / techniques, contract laws, project controls and building support systems

Managerial
•Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
•Time management
•Team building skills – ability to create bonding amongst team members and build engagement levels
•Customer Focus: Time conscious and respects customer mandate

Behavioral
•Ability to relate with senior & junior team members
•Should be able to communicate issues clearly to seniors
