Job Position : Desk Based Account Manager – Global Sales Desk

Job Description :

A Centralized setup, resource will be responsible for producing the pricing quotes in a timely fashion at the required level of quality.
He/ She is responsible for managing the complete offer generation process of pricing whilst working with customers.

Responsibilities
•To provide pre-sales pricing support to customers and company sales team to enable improve customers overall experience of dealing with company and win more business.
•Coordinate with the respective Sales Manager, customers and issuance of price quoted for network services.
•Management and development of standard pricing for network services within the ambit of pricing and discount authority.
•Interact with commercial, Products team and others as and when required.
•Interact with customers on pricing opportunities and negotiate with them as and when required.
•Applying commercial knowledge and utilize commercial intelligence to accurately price the customer solution.
•Creation and issuance of end-to-end quotes with the allowed guidelines.
•Prepare price quotes with TAT less than 3-4 working days
•Knowledge of International currency conversion to the requirement of the quote
•Tracker all opportunities priced to customer and review the progress with customers in a monthly/quarterly basis.
•Act as the single point of contact for the generation of non-complex/standard pricing offers
•Conversant with company systems and processes, as applicable
•Work towards improving the off-net pricing
•Work with minimum supervision seeking assistance, when appropriate.

Skills
•MBA or Bachelor’s degree
•Required at least 4-7 years relevant experience in commercial aspects in service industry
•Should be well verse in Mathematical calculations, experience in pricing of telecoms services will be an advantage.
•Appreciation of the relevant technical or commercial background issues, with an ability to understand technical solutions.
•Should have good knowledge and hands on with Microsoft office software, excel, power point etc.
•Experience working on an offshore support desk in India.
•Excellent written and verbal communication and inter-personal skills
•Highly motivated, good attention to detail and output focused
•Good team player and comfortable in working with international colleagues
•Comfortable in raising questions in a timely manner
•Excellent communication and time management skills
•Fluent English, especially written business English.
