Job Position : Performance Management & Benchmarking

Job Description :

Preparing, Validating and Publishing Network Performance Reports and KPI’s & Management Updates
•Responsible for automating access, accumulation and enablement of flexible use of network statistics
•Responsible for KPI follow up with planning, operation and circle teams
•Responsible for initiating and reporting of benchmarking for company network KPI with other competition

Responsibilities

Performance Reports Management
•Responsible for preparing, validating and circulating KPI reports to operational teams and management
•To ensure formulation &streamlined distribution of new reports for any new requirement as per agreed formulae & KPI/SLA for all MS partners.
•New KPI or parameter addition or required modifications in existing PM reports
•Carrying out regular PM report Validation, reporting Erroneous KPIs & getting same to be rectified from MS Operations team.
•Responsible for automating access, accumulation and enablement of flexible use of network statistics

Benchmarking
•Responsible for initiating and reporting of benchmarking for company network KPI with other competition
•Carrying on benchmarking projects between different operators as per business or management requirement to figure out high & low potential zones/areas.
•Derive actionable from Benchmarking report and follow-up with circle for performance improvements on KPI’s ( CDR, HSR, CSSR, Throughput)
•Performance benchmarking of 10 towns per circle on Half yearly basis

•Extensive knowledge of wireless/mobile communications systems.

•Good Knowledge of 2G, 3G, LTE
•Extensive Knowledge of BSS Radio Parameters & Counters of Multi vendor domain

•Deep understanding of KPI performance aspects
•Aware of features which can impact performance
•Hands on experience of deployment, tuning & optimization and use of related tools
