Job Position : Regional IT Manager

Job Description :

Work with State IT managers and HO IT managers, to meet business targets set by states leadership teams
•Create offices - IT setup along with cabling, UPS, communication links, network integration, Applications rollout, facilities (Wifi, Print, scan, plot, VC, Phones) and PC,s / notebooks installation, integration and support
•Establish and support warehouses in out of city locations using any available method of communication for online business operations.
•Oversee and coordinate applications creation, testing, delivery, and performance / rectification with full integration with all users
•Be accountable to state Leadership teams - thru exchange of plans, targets, trackers, escalations etc.

Skills
•Program Management for Creating offices - IT setup along with cabling, UPS, communication links, network integration, Applications rollout, facilities (Wifi, Print, scan, plot, VC, Phones) and PC,s / notebooks installation, integration and support
•Structured cabling, LAN, switches, VLAN, WiFi, Security of LAN/WiFi, Routers, WAN, VPN establishment and support
•PC and Notebooks support, Windows support
•Applications virtualisation / delivery and support, email, Browsers in all devices, Mobile apps delivery
•Must have handled diverse roles within IT function - with extensive experience in at least one key IT role (Network, Servers, Applications, Solutions delivery / virtualisation, mobile Apps, Service Management, etc)

Knowledge
•Windows and browsers - desktop and notebooks, email, apps, thin clients, Virtual desktops, etc
•Structured cabling for Power, IT cabinets, LAN, Wifi, etc
•LAN, WAN, VPN, VRF, Wifi, VLAN, DHCP, VSAT, Proxy, CUCM, SCCM, etc - Infrastructure Services
•Mobile / Tablets support and apps, Mobile mail, Mobile security
•IT Security, Certifications / Expertise in one or more of CISCO, Windows servers, Database servers, CITRIX etc

Qualifications
•Engineering degree,one or more professional certifications
