Job Position : Senior Manager Marketing

Job Description :

Managing the sales of the project in the Punjab region – through channel partners as well as directly.
•Laying down and executing a strategy for lead generation and closures.
•Personally interfacing with domestic HNI clients on behalf of the company.
•In addition to generating new sales, the role also involves management of the existing clients as and when required.
•Assist in strategizing the marketing plan by providing market feedback/inputs and innovative ideas.
•Supervision of CRM staff and responsibility for ensuring a high standard of CRM for relevant customers.
•To work in a coordinated and synergistic manner with the existing team.

Experiance
•5-10 Years of experience in sales and marketing, with a substantial part of the experience being in Ludhiana/Punjab.
•Strong understanding of the customer and market dynamics of Ludhiana/Punjab.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Leadership ability
•Proficiency in English - written and spoken.
•Proficiency in Hindi and Punjabi – spoken only.
•Graduation or Post-Graduation.
