Job Position : Regional Sales Manager
Job Description :
To manage sales and marketing activities of distributors for a specified Region in India and the sales of All Medical devices and to develop a highly effective distributor system in the Regional.
Responsibilities
•Product Specific Training to relevant sales people
•Organising Workshops/ Surgeon led training sessions for relevant sales people
•Sourcing and Appointing Distributors according to company policy
•Negotiation of Distribution Agreements
•Setting Sales Targets per distributor in conjunction with of regional sales manager
•Management of Sales Targets
•Ensure that all sales objectives for your territory are met.
•Monitor and stay within the budget set for your territory.
•Work in partnership with the Company Sales and Marketing Unit by giving feedback on product issues (development, complaints reporting), market needs etc
•Other duties include attending appropriate tradeshows, sales meetings etc.
Skills
•Regional distributor sales revenue.
•Keeping within specific budgets for different product Regions.
•Achieving up-to-date product knowledge for all distributors
•Dealing effectively with any issues raised by distributors within agreed timescales.
