Job Description :

Requirements

• Total 7+ years of Internet/Telecom experience.

• 5+ years of product management or product design experience

• Preferably an MBA from a reputed institute.

• B-Tech/BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field is ideal

• Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web applications and/or media products

• Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces – ability to create examples through wire frames and mock ups

• Experience developing web & mobile products, technologies and platforms is strongly desired

• Strong teamwork, stakeholder management, co-ordination, planning and influencing skills.



Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and definition of innovative business, product and customer experience concepts with the extended team of engineering managers, UX designers, usability experience researchers, research scientists and cross-functional teams that will ultimately support the design.

• Develop a project roadmap based on analysis of the impact of existing and new projects, and drive the projects to completion.

• Research and identify new opportunities to improve existing cloud product experience through competitive analysis and industry research.

• Establish the product mission, goals, and supporting business metrics and indicators for success

• Exceptional communication &presentation skills. Exceptional organizational and analytical skills

• Planning and executing new product development from conceptual stages through the full product lifecycle, defining product requirements and product vision, and working with Technology to implement and iterate.

• Seeking input from external and internal stakeholders and keeping abreast of industry and sector best practice

• Leading Exchange Product delivery in the elaboration of new requirements, concept phase scoping and estimation and identification of high level dependencies and impacts to downstream systems

• Producing Epic backlogs and a schedule of manageable packages of work for delivery focused scrum teams.

• Working with Project Managers, where necessary, to ensure that they are supported in managing dependencies across other teams and that they cover the breadth of project scope

• Co-ordinate the maintenance of Product / Process /System documentation
