Job Position : Sr. Manager – Accounts
Job Description :
This role will be to handle the responsibility of Monthly reporting to US, Local Management, Internal reporting to various cross function team, Calculation of Sales incentive commission, Costing and pricing.
•He will also support the senior management and senior team with various data required for Business Analysis, which would be required for the to take business decision from time to time
Responsibilities
•US reporting/Regional Reporting – Daily MIS reports, Weekly shipment and order booking, Monthly Financial upload into Hyperion
•Local Management Reporting – Daily Performance reporting, Weekly updates, monthly KPI and Action Plan bowler updates
•Finalisation of accounts for local statutory requirements
•Liasoning with Statutory Auditor, Internal Auditor for audit related matters
•Cross functional reporting – Monthly Sales data to Sales, service, Marketing, CSC etc
•Monthly MIS files for to retrieve from Hyperion
•Calculation of Quarterly Sales Incentive Commission and IQP as per the prescribed time line
•Provide relevant Financial Data to Senior Management and Senior team for Business decision from time to time.
•Calculate cost and List price for products and get them updated in Oracle
•Analyse financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
Qualification
•Qualified Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountantwith an overall experience of 3-5 yearsas Assistant Manager/Manager level in MIS, Reporting and Financial Analysis
•Well versed with Indian Accounting Standards, IFRS, Indian Companies Act
•Very good hands on knowledge and skill on Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
•Good understanding of Internal Controls and Business Processes
•Knowledge to read and analysis the financial statement and good knowledge of Financial ratios.
•Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
•Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
•To maintain the high level of accuracy in whatever reports he generates
•Very High in integrity and compliance.
