Job Position : Head – Bid Management

Job Description :

Candidate would be leading the Bid Management Group and would be required to manage complex, cross industry and cross brand deals for very large system integration, maintenance, services and consulting engagements across country and internationally.
•He should have vast experience spanning across Bid Management, Proposal management, Pre-sales, Business analysis, Solution Design, Business development, Software development, Software implementation and deployment, and Project management.

Responsibilities
•Leading multiple RFPs/ RFQs/ RFIs and Tender participations
•End to End technical and commercial proposal management
•Development of competitive Pricing strategy
•Carrying out feasibility study and risk management
•Coordinating legal reviews and financial terms
•Creating contracts on consulting/ software/ hardware engagements with Clients, System integrators and Partners
•Transitioning to delivery
•Working with Business controls and facing Internal/ External audits.
•Carrying Internal audits to ensure Process compliance
•Recruiting and developing a high-performing team of members to strengthen the existing team
•Understanding of various IT portfolios’s including Applications, System software and IT-infra, etc.
•Understanding of implementation and operational requirement of RFP
•Comfortable with multiple technology domains, products and vendors
•Well versed with complete bid cycle, project management with a strong technical background
•Good Presentation/Communication and Writing skills.
•Risk Assessment and Reporting
