Job Description :

Program management and project governance of ISO (Business unit responsible for all BSS, OSS, Enterprise, Integration systems delivery)
•Integrated project planning, plan optimization and risk management.
•Setup processes, methods and tools for running program smoothly.
•Identify risks and mitigate to ensure timely delivery.
•Build program and project level KPIs and KQIs to ensure objective reporting
•Implement and run Program wide communication program

Competencies
•Prior experience of having performed PMO role on telecom initiatives in greenfield/transformation projects
•Should have successful track record in setting up Project Mgmt. practice and governance
•Should have implemented project management systems
•Excellent interpersonal skills to interact & manage stakeholders
•Good communication skills - written and oral
•Good Analytical Skills

Qualification
•B.E./B.Tech.from Premier Institutes

Experience
•18 to 20 Years
•Should have handled large scale projects and large teams
•Should have worked in the capacity of PMO for the last 4 – 5 years
•Professional Certifications (like PMP ) preferred
•Knowledge on Standards such as BPMN, eTOM, SID, TIP, TOGAF, TAM, ITIL etc.
