Job Position : GM - Telesales Head

Job Description :

Leading telesales teams to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets by promoting best practices, tools and techniques for exceptional sales performance.
•Development of sales metrics and reporting capabilities that support productive, focused sales management discussions and activities
•Development of a training methodology designed to increase sales rep productivity of BM.
•Motivating and driving sales performance, ensuring compliance with sales methods and processes
•Monitor and ensure productivity of Telesales and Services Executives pan India
•Segregate the executives across the business – Placing the right employee at the right place
•Ensuring Pre-Decided targets for the team are met on a regular basis
•Acquire hourly/daily/monthly updates from the telesales managers
•Develops / Designs the inside sales go-to market sales plan, including KPIs, sales dashboards, trackers and all reports necessary to run business, set strategy and course correct based on trends and market changes.
•Executes / Maintains / Implements against the sales strategy, including budget and personnel requirements.
•Review the sales projection/pipeline process ensuring that sales milestones, on a daily/weekly basis, are met and projections remain accurate;
•Evaluates the team and works closely with HR team and management to ensure we hire talent, provide them with the proper resources and taken action when appropriate.
•Analyzing sales statistics and trends to determine business growth potential and focus

•Create, develop, enhance, and execute a comprehensive sales strategy
•Expert at coaching and leveraging key metrics, technology and integrated marketing strategies to increase productivity
•The interpersonal and influencing skills to build cohesive working relationship
•Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to deliver concise, logical written documents and the presence to deliver the company’s vision and product definitions to both large and small audiences
