Job Position : Center / City Manager (Business Head)

Job Description :

Provide leadership in helping establish the requisite infrastructure and overall operations in the assigned territory.
•To guide and lead a team of project people who would be responsible for laying down the required infra, based on the guidelines from the higher authority.
•Would hold overall P&L responsibility for the branch / location.
•Would lead a team with diverse responsibilities viz. sales, marketing, product management, customer care, commercial, finance, legal, HR, admin etc.
•Would be required to liaise with various govt. authorities and obtain necessary pre and post installation licenses / approvals.

Experience
•The incumbent would be required to head the business operations at one of these locations
•Dehradun, Chandigarh, Giddarbaha, Dera Bassi, Rupnagar, Nawanshahr, Ludhiana, Amritsar, Jalandhar.

Rajasthan
•Bharatpur, Makrana, Hindaun, Nagaur, Jhunjhunu, Chomu, Nawalgarh, Ratangarh, Balotra, Gangapur, Fatehpur, Ganganagar, Hanumangarh, Jodhpur.

Punjab
•Chandigarh, Giddarbaha, Dera Bassi, Rupnagar, Nawanshahr, Ludhiana, Amritsar, Jalandhar.

Western UP
•Moradabad, Etah, Bulandshahr, Khurja, Pilibhit, Najibabad, Rampur, Khatauli, Modinagar, Muradnagar, Kasganj, Hathras,???, Baraut, Kosi Kalan, Deoband, Bijnor, Mujaffarnagar, Saharanpur, Agra, Meerut
•The incumbent must hail or have studied / stayed in the particular location.

Required Skills
•Leadership; must have led a team of 100+ (on roll + off role).
•Must have handled the P&L responsibility of a branch / unit / division and possess business acumen.
•Must have strong liaison exposure.
•Must have a sales & distribution or project management background.

Note
•Candidates from Telecom, FMCG, Tyre, Battery, Cable industry would be preferred.
•SSC Officers with few years of corporate experience would be highly preferred.
