Job Position : Product Engineering Lead

Job Description :

Candidate will be part of Cloud Team and will be accountable for all aspects of Product engineering activities of healthcare / medical devices, and leading the entire product engineering efforts of of Cloud across various geographies

Major Responsibilities:
• Owner of assigned products
• Participate in product definition and provide inputs in developing new products and or improving existing products
• Lead product introduction and product launches
• Manage/monitor process improvement of existing products and services
• Drive characterization to finalize product datasheet/product feature list
• Work with test engineers to develop, verify and release testing program
• Provide technical support and solutions to customers and suppliers
• Assist product managers during product trainings, seminars, exhibitions
• Provide status updates on products to stakeholders
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers as well as peer groups within the organization to bring highest quality products to our customers

Years of Experience - 5 to 10

Desire Profile -
Candidate must have been involved product engineerings in his current organization
Candidate must have good understanding of latest technologies including cloud based platforms
Good people management skills

Knowledge & Skills (Indicate which criteria are mandatory)
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of product engineering processes
-Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
