Job Position : Plant Head

Job Description :

To coordinate, control, monitor of all process related activities for POY, PSF, DTY and CP – operations and maintenance
•Conceptualization, Formulation and Execution of strategies to meet company’s manufacturing objectives
•To undertake production planning for all operation units and achieve targeted conversion ratios of production, waste and quality.
•Channalise all resources for Productivity improvement, Waste management, Cost containment initiatives
•To develop appropriate and effective systems in close coordination with marketing function to address customer expectations regarding product quality, requirement, and deficiencies
•Co-ordination for new product development and improvement in customer satisfaction related to product quality.
•To work in close co-ordination with Finance & Materials functions to ensure timely procurement of spares, raw materials at competitive prices etc.
•Effective budget management, purchase and contract negotiation, vendor relations
•Monitor adherence to quality, safety and environment standards.
•Identify, adopt and monitor new technologies, systems, etc.
•Interact with external bodies on critical issues regarding statutory requirement

Qualification
•Bachelors of Engineering,Master in Business Administration

Experience
•20-25 Years in Chemicals / Petrochemicals Plant
