Job Position : Manager - Service Contract
Job Description :
Drive improvement in contract renewal rate and timeliness of contract renewals.
•Serve as the first point of contact to customers with the objective of retaining business.
•Provide customers with all necessary information in order to facilitate the renewal of service agreements (ROI\'s, renewal letters, renewal requirements, facilitate terms & conditions discussions, etc.)
•Direct sales of service contracts, including pricing and proposals.
•Work closely with Service Management to identify opportunities, provide leads, and add service agreements.
•Provide leads to Service Management and Outside Service Sales by leveraging customer purchasing trends on service/supplies/parts.
•Service campaign execution – identify opportunities for inbound and outbound campaigns, early renewal incentive programs, customer loyalty programs, etc.
•Develop process and materials for converting customers from supplemental warranty to full service maintenance agreements at expiration of parts warranty.
•Proposal generation for new (support for Field Service Managers and Ouside Service Sales) and existing customers (re-value selling existing agreements to ensure business is retained).
Skills
•Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills along with proficient knoweldge of computer and Microsoft Office (Efficient in Advance Excel, MS Word and Powerpoint)
•Decision-making and liasoning with Service Managers/ Team
•Excellent sales ability & Negotition Skills
•High Analytical skills
Education
•Graduate degree preferred – B.Com, MBA
Work experience
•Prior telemarketing/inside sales experience at least 7 yrs.
•Experience communicating value propositions.
•Experience using customer database and selling
