Job Description :
Key Responsibility
• Manage overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management.
• Develop pricing policies, including volume discounts and terms and conditions, for high-profile Clients.
• Strategic planning including corporate positioning market and competitive analysis, customer segment selection and penetration plans.
• Sales prospective view, for company growth and future progress of the company.
• Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base.
• Manage multiple Work Cycle, prioritize work and balance strategic and tactical issues.
• Maintains relationship with top Architect/Interior designers for business needs
• Ensure productivity and profitability
• Oversee the hiring of quality manpower and development of the organization, appropriate for the company’s size.
• Work with the MD and the other executive team members to identify and develop strategic alliances, communicate with Team members, and close/grow major customer accounts.
• Develop and manage the Company’s entire marketing budget.
• Act as spokesperson for the company internally and externally and at industry events, client meet.
• Managing the Sales, Admin, Manufacturing Team
• Developing the business not even in India but in European countries
• Very well networked within industry
Required
10+ years of relevant industry experience with Furniture, kitchens, sanitary ware, home products, lighting, etc.
