Job Position : Sr. Manager- Renewals & Retention

Job Description :

Key Objective / Purpose of Job:


As Team Lead: Lead a team of Renewal & Retention Management team members in a specified region

• Guide the team in achieving targets

• Provide supervision to the team in managing complex and/or escalated cases

• Act as thought leader for Renewals & Retention Management the region

Major Activities:

Liaise with back-end teams / systems to ensure timely and correct receipt of data

Ensure dispatch of renewal intimation to customers in advance

Follow through to closure, the renewal order process with the customer in conjunction with Account Management team

Ensure adherence to the order log-in and acknowledgement process at the back end

Service transactional requirements of customers viz. manage terminations, shifting, address change, etc

Essential Qualifications:

B.E. OR

MBA (Sales & Marketing)

Requisite Skills:

Sales Operations

Relationship Management

Technical

Knowledge of Telecom Products & Services (with a focus on Enterprise customers)

Behavioural

Dynamic, go-getter with a customer-centric approach

Superior presentation skills

Perseverant with an eye for details

Work Experience

8-12 years of sales / relationship management experience in enterprise business of telcos
