Job Position : Manager/ Senior Manager –HNI Engagement
Job Description :
Acquisition and Relationship Management for Ultra HNI clientele
•Real estate advisory for Ultra HNI clientele for buying, selling and leasing of commercial and residential properties and land parcels
•Manage real estate portfolio of existing clientele
•Handling a team of HNI Relationship Managers and coaching them to develop relationships and generate revenue
•Present research data and trends on real estate and advise clients on growth opportunities in real estate sector
•Internally collaborate with the transaction teams on effective and efficient deal closures
•Manage the P&L for the division and work on enhancing revenue and clientele for the organization
•Represent the organization in different forums, as and when necessary
Skills
•Self motivated individual with a successful track record in Private banking
•Good understanding of the business preferably, real estate sector
•Articulate and professional communication skills
•Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Experience
•MBA from a reputed B- school with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
