•Support in Capex rationalization of Ground equipment’s
•Support in rationalization of outsourced manpower
•Create management dashboards and reports
•Conduct detailed variance analysis to bring out key business insights
•Preparation of departmental cost reports and departmental budgets
•Prepare trend analysis of past and present financial data
•Support cost control initiatives and suggests remedial measures
