Job Description :

Cross border team management experience.
•Strong business orientation, domain knowledge to comprehend user requirements.
•Strong organizational, team building and leadership qualities.
•Engineer / Post Graduate with 12-14 years of experience in FLEXCUBE hands on experience with product designing and implementation.
•2-3 years in team management, project management , managing core implementation
•Knowledge of Banking domain is a must
•Having Extensive hands on experience in FCUBS V11.x version
•Experience in any banking production support (L1/L2 Support) environment is an advantage
•Knowledge of Oracle PL / SQL programming is must
•Should have worked on the Product Designing and implementation with respect to Business requirements
•Strong understanding of SDLC process
•Strong inter personal communication skills
•Experience of Banking Operations in particular Core Banking, General Ledger, Loans
•Payments, Trade Finance and other related Banking channels
•Exposure of manual testing of Banking software applications is a plus
•Experience in Banking Production Support is an advantage
•Excellent Project Management Experience
