Training Need Analysis (across multiple departments)
Customization & Calibration of the Leadership Competency Framework
Outbound Training Programs
Design and delivery of Leadership Programs
Other Projects as and when required

Research Orientation [Eg: should be up-to-date with the latest research papers in Organizational Behavior]
Knowledge of Critical Incident Techniques
Creativity – [Eg : should be able to develop full-length case studies (business stories) using raw-data]
Strong Expertise in various Competency Models and Formats
In-depth Awareness of OD Concepts, Tools and Methods
Strong Expertise in Assessment Center Scorecard Formats and Assessment Center Report Writing
High Span of Attention, Comprehension & Retention
Working Knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
