Job Position : Manager – Communications

Job Description :

Internal and external communications on a proactive and reactive basis to ensure a consistency of message and build positive brand reputation.
•To develop and implement an Internal and External Communication plan to support the delivery of the strategy and business priorities.
•In close coordination with the Asia Business Unit teams, the Global Communication and the Global Marketing.
•Develop and build in partnership with the Global Communication, key messaging and annual PR communications plan for Asia.
•Develop the key messages and annual communications plan for the year to ensure Asian employees feel updated on business performance and delivery of business activity.

Responsibilities
•Develop external communications strategy to support the delivery of business goals and which links with Global external communication & marketing strategy.(Internet, events, newsletters, PR)
•Develop an internal communication plan – (Internal Local Newsletters, local Events, Intranet management)
•Drive a media strategy to create stronger brand awareness.
•Ensure appropriate external response to all stakeholders for all issues affecting brand reputation and Crisis management.
•Deploy & localise the Global Marketing Campaign.
•Lead content and preparation for local events (external & internal) in close coordination with Global Communication Team & Global Marketing Team.
•Manage Local Communication & Marketing Budget in close coordination with Global Communication Team & Global Marketing Team and deliver a quarterly reports on the budget.
•Support and review the materials prepared by the teams for any external communication to improve the communication efficiency and the marketing level of them.
•Survey the company image and the main company’s competitors image on all channels to identify company strengths, areas of improvement and risks.

Experience
•5-6 years experience in a media organization, PR agency and/or Corporate Communications department of a mid-size organization.
•Excellent English communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).

Qualification
•Graduate (mass media) + MBA
