Job Position : Sr. Manager/ Manager/AM - Access Solutions
Job Description :
Responsible to work on Technology evolution Road map across multiple platforms, network layers based on market inputs, evaluation of competitor benchmarking and global telecommunications trends.
•Responsible for planning,designing and developing solutions and service products riding on network or across multiple network layers such as Transmission, Ethernet, IP, Wireless, Mobile Broadband, CDN etc.
•Lead the process on all stages such as concept, design, testing and implementation that will improve the performance and reliability of network systems.
Activities.
•Responsible to work on Technology evolution Road map across multiple platforms, network layers based on market inputs. .
•Participate in various technology forum and R & D initiative in various IITs Mumbai, Chennai on new technology development & Road map.
•Engages with regulatory and legal team for operating condition & License clarification for any new product & services.
•Evaluate Competion benchmarking, global telecommunications trends and develop strategy in line with Business requirement.
•To work on market inputs Translate customer requirements or strategic business objectives into final network solutions. Assessment of customer’s network application needs.
•Gather requirements, prepare architecture design, conduct technical & cost feasibility study, implement and resolve issues to support networks globally to meet timelines & customer requirements.
•Discuss requirements with Product groups, in conjunction with Sales teams, for complex requirements and provide inputs around feasibility of solution and solution alternatives.
•To lead for special projects like smart city solutions&to provide cost effective solution for large complex opportunity, RFPs in co-ordination across Engineering Verticals.
Qualifications.
•DegreeEngineer/ ME/MTech in Electronics / Communication.
Skills.
•Requires broad and deep technical knowledge and experience across all technology platforms.
•Focus is on implementation and control along with strategy development.
•Analyze functionality and recommends solution/changes across multiple systems/platforms/applications.
•Capable of identifying key requirements and priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results.
•Strong Managerial skill to manage team of 2-3 people.
•Strong communication and customer service skills.
•Flair to excel in a competitive environment.
•Good customer orientation & communication skill.
